We had such a wonderful experience with the exterminator who came to our home today. His name was Elton, and he was truly one of the kindest, most genuine service professionals I’ve ever met.
From the moment he arrived, he was patient, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with the process. What really stood out to me was how reassuring he was!! He genuinely cared about helping us and kept telling us he would do everything he could to solve the problem.
Situations like this can be stressful, especially for myself, who is a very anxious human. But his calm, kind attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made such a difference. It’s rare these days to meet someone who takes so much pride in their work while also being so compassionate toward the people they’re helping.

My goodness, she is amazing! She knows so much about animals and insects! She explained everything so well.
