I had called Guardian Pest Control only two days ago to come out to my home to treat for mice and was given a quote right over the phone and their soonest appointment (today). Jacob was who came by, and he was so friendly, professional, and informative. I had evidence of mice in my basement. I contacted Guardian to do an inspection. Sam (Samantha) was wonderful. She went through every room looking for evidence. After inspecting the small windows, it looked like that was where they were coming in. She explained everything in detail… what she was going to do and where she was going to put traps. She also inspected the outside and plugged up some holes and spaces. I highly recommend Sam, who is knowledgeable, pleasant, professional, and patient!
